Five star hotel and shopping passage
This is one of the company's largest and most costly developments. The reconstruction of eight historical buildings took place in the most exposed part of the historical center of Prague. Project is a three phases 72-100-124 rooms and suites five star hotel and over thousand square meters of retail. The development included complete project documentation and preparation for the construction including demanding archeological research. The project was developed under Ritz Carlton hotel chain strict supervision. After ambitious and outstanding completion of all parts the project was sold to foreign investor for realization.
The project was compiled in cooperation with such renowned hotel experts as Lee Harris Pomeroy, American architect, or Peter Inston, English designer.
