The Turbová Residences site is 1.75 hectares of hillside property, stated for both rehabilitation of existing listed historical buildings, and the addition of several new buildings. The development is comprised of approximately 8,500 square meters of residential use, tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse and other facilities.
In the stage of urban land negotiations project was passed on another investment group.
