Complete reconstruction conserved the beautiful authentic historical features of apartment interiors with the stucco decorations, tile stoves, marble entry floors and richly re-crafted details. All apartments in general meet the most demanding requirements of luxurious housing.
The project was awarded in category of residential developments at the real estate fair MIPIM, in Cannes, France in 1996.
