A significant building with history dates back to the 15th century is a good example of a sensitive reconstruction saving the building condemned to demolition. After the complete reconstruction, the building of 3000 square meters of space is equipped with top modern electronic installations and high-tech facilities, can offer the best of the past and of the present conserving its historical value.
The building is located in the heart of Prague in the financial and business center called Prague Wall Street. The street is considered to be the 7th most expensive street in Europe.
In 2006 project was awarded by prestigious prize "Crystal Brick", in Poland.
